Tips for a Happy VA Purchase Transaction:

  1. VA Appraisals can take up between 5 and 21+ business days. The VA approves a maximum timeline in your area. Appraisal costs & turn times by market are posted on our VA Appraisals page. Make sure you have enough due diligence time to get it.
  2. Have proof of Veteran (DD-214) or active duty status (service record) readily available.
  3. Get Pre-Approved. Understand exactly what you can afford before buying a home. We can help and make it easy!
